Plainly put
Privacy
Bluxky Quest is small and independent — this page covers everything the site stores about you, in plain language.
What the site stores
Browsing the site itself stores nothing personal beyond standard, anonymous analytics (page views). The Daily Quest game adds two things, both opt-in:
- Local progress — your streak, Adventure Coins, cosmetics and nickname live in your browser's local storage. Nothing about this leaves your device unless you choose to claim your coins or appear on a daily board.
- Daily board entries — if you play a real daily quest, your chosen nickname, attempt count and any cosmetics you're wearing are shown on that day's board. Boards reset every day; nothing is kept beyond a couple of days. Your email is never part of this — it's never shown on any board, anywhere, to anyone.
If you claim your Adventure Coins
Claiming is optional and only asks for an email address — never a password, and there's no account or sign-in anywhere on the site. We use it to:
- Send a one-time link that lets this (or a future) device recognize you, silently, with no login screen.
- Restore your coins and cosmetics if you play again on a different device.
That's it. Your email is stored only to make that restore possible — it's never displayed publicly, never sold, and never shared beyond what's needed to send you that one link.
If you're under the required age in your country, please ask a parent or guardian before entering your email — the claim prompt says this too.
The newsletter is a separate choice
Claiming your Adventure Coins never signs you up for anything else. If you also want devlog and launch updates, there's a separate checkbox for that on the claim form — ticking it is the only way your email joins the Explorer newsletter. The two are handled independently even when you use the same address for both.
